I created these candy jars last year. They turned out quite nice. I bought the jars at a yardsale for 10 cents each and knew I had do do something with my paper to spruce them up. I gave one to my sister, one as a 65th birthday gift to sister in law's mom and kept one for myself. I visited her (my SIL's mom) a few weeks ago and I see she still has the jar on the countertop in her kitchen (with new candy of course!!).

ReplyDeleteI too made a similar purchase at a yard sale. I've been using the 4 jars I purchased to store buttons I use for scrapbooking. Now I have to fancy them up.
