About a Boy {card challenge}
I'm up for the challenge! I think little boys are the cutest...I have two of my own (they're teenagers now but they will always be Mom's boys!). This card challenge is posted on www.justscraps.ca and I thought it would be easy to do since I have boys of my own. It took me all of yesterday and this morning to come up with a design and theme! I'm happy with the result though.
The card is made from blue cardstock - 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I used the green/daisies DP for my background and sponged the edges with fresh green pigment ink from Colour Box Cat Eyes ink set. All other elements of the card were cut and punched with card stock scraps just waiting to be used for something! The stickers are a cute addition - jars filled with caterpillar, butterfly and tadpoles (although you can't see the tadpoles) :)
Boy meets world...an excellent little sentiment for a young lad off to explore and conquer the world, red wagon in tow and heart full of courage. Hope you're inspired by the card. Cheers! Jackie.
